DSE Race Schedule
All races begin at 9:00am unless otherwise noted. Race check-in/race day registration begins 45 minutes prior to race start. Course details are subject to race day modifications based on weather, construction, and other factors.
Gold, Child, and Teen memberships include unlimited races. Standard member race fee is $5. Non-member race fee is $10. Thank you!
Races have a 15 minute/mile pace time limit, and course/finish lines will close accordingly. If you expect to run over a 15 minute mile, please consider our self-timer option.

Course Description
Start at the parking lot at the corner of San Marlo Way and Dondee Way.
Run north along the paved trail parallel to Cabrillo Highway. At the Calera Creek Recycling Plant, continue along the sidewalk on Cabrillo Hwy. Veer left at Mori Point Road. Follow Old Mori Road trail to the water, then turn right. Continue running along the promenade trail until the turnaround near the white benches towards the end of the trail. Turn around and run back the same way back to the start/finish.

5K Course Description
Run southbound on beach promenade, left onto Rockaway Beach Blvd., Run onto Nick Gust Way, take detour, rejoin Rockaway Beach promenade.
Run past Taco Bell to turnaround cone.
Return the same way to Finish.
12K Course Description
Exit parking lot via “left right angle running”
Run north along paved trail path parallel to Cabrillo Highway. Continue on Cabrillo Hwy sidewalk
Veer left at Mori Point Road.
Follow Mori Road trail/onto Beach Boulevard until reversing directions at the Turnaround cone.
Return the same way to Rockaway Beach parking lot.
Complete “Out & back” 5K race course.
Return to sidewalk Finish.
