START/FINISH: North end of Long Avenue parking lot under GG Bridge at Ft. Point National Historic Museum benches.

COURSE DESCRIPTION: Run southeast on Golden Gate Promenade/Crissy Field, exit Yacht Harbor parking lot, veer left along diagonal dirt path, left onto Marina Blvd, traverse uphill/downhill on Ft. Mason Path. Turnaround at vertical wood posts at east end of Ft. Mason Hill and return same way to finish.
