MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP OF THE SAN FRANCISOCO
DOLPHIN SOUTH END RUNNERS CLUB (DSE” Or the Club”)
Date and Time: Sunday, December 3, 2006 10:20 am
Place: Dolphin Club San Francisco, CA
A meting of the general membership of the San Francisco Dolphin South End Runners Club was held at the above date, time and place, pursuant to notice duly given in the DSE News.
19 members and the following club officers President Kevin Lee, Sr. VP Janet Nissenson, 2nd VP George Sacco and Treasurer Steve Nissenson were in attendance.
Kevin Lee called the meeting to order at 10:20 am. George Sacco recorded the proceedings of the meeting.
The general membership reviewed and unanimously approved minutes of the July 23, 2006 General Meeting.
Officer’s Reports
Membership Chair Richard Finley presented the Membership Report – Number of Memberships 294 and total number of members in good standing 459.
Copies of the January 1, 2006 thru November 30, 2006 Club Income Statement were distributed. Treasurer Steve Nissenson reported: a net income of $866.62.
New Business
Sr. VP Janet Nissenson gave a complete update on the new Executive Committee summarizing the committee’s first meeting.
Kevin gave an update on the 2007 DSE Gala which is scheduled for February 10, 2007. He stated and asked for gala volunteers.
Other Items from the Floor
Discussion followed exploring new ways to increase revenue and some cost cutting measures.
With no further business, Kevin adjourned the meeting at 10:47 am.
