START/FINISH:
Marina Green grass (Marina Green Drive – between Avila/Fillmore)
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Run west and onto Marina Blvd. At Little Marina Green, traverse diagonal and continue along Crissy Field/Golden Gate Promenade. Stay along path into Fort Point National Historic Site. Turn around at end of parking lot and return along Golden Gate Promenade and Marina Blvd staying on Marina Blvd to Ft. Mason. Traverse uphill on Ft.Mason path. Turn around on Ft.Mason Hill and return to finish at Big Marina Green.

Run one 4.5 mile clockwise loops around the lake staying entirely on jogging/pedestrian path. There is a 1 hour time limit. If you can’t complete the course in 1 hour (13:25 pace) you must self-time and start prior to 6:30pm. Finish line closes at 7:30pm.
Summer series dates: June 7, 14, 21, 28, July 5, 12, 19, 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23

Run eastbound up Kennedy Drive to intersection prior to McLaren Lodge (Kezar Drive/Second Barricade). Turnaround and return the same way back to finish.

July 22 is the general membership meeting after the Dutch Windmill 10K, 10:30am-11:30am.
Refreshments will be served, and members who stay the entire hour will earn 1 volunteer point!

Out and back course along the paved Bay Trail.
Course Description
Run southbound on paved Bay Trail towards Oyster Point to the turnaround. Return same way to finish.
*Kids Run (1/2 mile) begins at 9:45 AM – Same Start/Finish location as adult race.

Run southbound on beach promenade, left onto Rockaway Beach Blvd, right onto Nick Gust Way. Continue over footbridge. Veer right and begin paved bike path. Stay on path crossing through the Taco Bell parking lot to rejoin path. Turn around at Pedro Point Shopping Center and return same way to finish.
