Course Description
Run one 4.5 mile clockwise loops around the lake staying entirely on jogging/pedestrian path. There is a 1 hour time limit. If you can’t complete the course in 1 hour (13:25 pace) you must self-time and start prior to 6:30pm. Finish line closes at 7:30pm.

Course Description:
“Out & Back” – Complete 0.3m Great Meadows clockwise loop, exit onto Marina Blvd., continue right through Yacht Harbor parking lot, run entire Crissy Field promenade trail, turnaround at Hopper’s Hands. Return to Finish Line.

Fees
$8 members, $10 non-members. Race day registration will be available starting at 7am. Runners pick up bib numbers on race day. Sorry, no refunds.
Course Description

Start/Finish: Upper dirt path of Polo Field
Race Course Description: Complete as many 0.75 mile counter-clockwise loops as you want or can handle within the 6 hour limit. Breaks are allowed.
Aid Station
There will be a well-stocked aid station with water, electrolyte drink, and snacks at the completion of each lap.
Awards
Ribbons to all finishers. Trophies to the top 3 male/female runners who complete the most laps.

Two races in one! Join us for either a fast, downhill 1 mile race or a scenic 5K loop or both! Registration for both races is at John F. Kennedy Drive & 36th Avenue. Runners will walk/jog uphill to the start of the 1 mile race at Transverse Drive, then race downhill to the finish. Start time for the 1 mile race is 8:45am so be sure to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to allow enough time to check in and then make your way to the start about a mile away.
1-Mile Race
- Start Time: 8:45 am
- Start Location: Kennedy Drive near Transverse
- Finish Location: Kennedy Drive near Spreckles Lake
- 1M Course Description: Run westbound (downhill) along Kennedy Dr from start to finish
5K Race
- Start Time: After completion of 1-mile race.
- Start/Finish Location: Kennedy Drive/36th Avenue near Spreckles Lake
- 5K Course Description: Run westbound on Kennedy Dr, left onto Chain of Lakes Dr, left onto MLK Jr. Dr, left onto Transverse Dr, left onto Kennedy Dr to finish near Spreckles Lake.
Registration for both races will be at John F. Kennedy Drive & 36th Avenue near Spreckles Lake.
*Kids Run begins after completion of the 5K race.

Course Description
Complete clockwise loop, traverse the upper level of El Camino del Mar parking lot then downhill to Seal Rock/Clement. Turn right onto lower Land’s End Trail and continue running east past Eagles Point. Exit left, downhill on El Camino del Mar. Take lower fork at 30th Avenue staying on El Camino del Mar which merges into Lincoln Blvd. Turn left at Bowley and right into Baker Beach parking lot. Turn right onto Battery Chamberlain Rd., downhill and thru entire lower parking lot. Continue running east thru the battery section of Baker Beach then right uphill on dirt /gravel path to Lincoln. Turnaround at top of Sand Ladder. Reverse direction and run back to finish.

One Race: $5 members; $7 non-members
Two Races: $8 members; $10 non-members
If you are running both races, you must finish the 2 mile race prior to the 9:30 am start of the 10K – we will not delay the start.
Parking fees inside the park are $6, otherwise there is street parking in the adjacent neighborhoods; please be courteous and mindful of local regulations. Do not park in the church parking lot!
Course Description
- The 2 mile course is out and back on Weiler Ranch Trail and starts at 9:00 am.
- The 10K is a loop including Valley View, Weiler Ranch, and Hazelnut Trails and starts at 9:30 am.
- S/F for both events is at the North Walnut Picnic area.
- Please note: Due to park rules, DOGS are NOT ALLOWED on this run.

Course Description
Run northbound from sidewalk onto Great Highway pedestrian path. Turnaround prior to Lincoln Way and return to finish.
*Kids Run (1/2 mile) begins after completion of the 5K – Start/Finish near same location as adult race.

Course Description
The 5K course consists of 2 loops and spans the north east end of Crocker Amazon and south end of McLaren Park. Runners start on the grass in center field and run to the right field foul pole, then turn left along the outfield tree line and continue towards the trail going uphill toward the community garden. Staying to the right of the garden and through the dog walk area, runners turn left at the first paved trail and make a right, uphill, on the paved trail to the dirt trail past “Lover’s Rock”. Following the dirt trail, runners make the first left towards Sunnydale then make a loop up and around the paved and dirt trails and back towards the dog trail. Just before the dog trail, make a right towards the garden and go back downhill to the softball field and finish.

Course Description
Baker Beach 5K
START/FINISH: Lower Baker Beach Parking Lot
Terrain: Asphalt, concrete/sand, gravel trail/wooden bridge/gravel trail
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Upon exiting lower Baker Beach parking lot, immediately turn left on Battery Chamberlin Rd and run up to and through upper parking lot. Exit through gate at far end and run east into short Battery section before completing .6 mile uphill climb. Run left (inside guard rail) along Lincoln Way. Just beyond Langdon Court (Street), take the left fork gravel trail and run the entire “new trail” section with wooden bridge. Do not exit onto asphalt pedestrian/bike lane leading to GG Bridge. Instead, turn around at end of trail and return the same way to finish.
Additional Parking is available in the upper parking lot off Battery Chamberlin Rd.
Baby Strollers are not permitted for this race.
