Run east up Kennedy Drive to McLaren Lodge. Turnaround at Barricade at Kezar Drive, start back and turn right on East Conservatory Drive. Run up and around East Conservatory Drive then back onto Kennedy Drive and return westbound to finish.
*Kids Run (1/2 mile) begins at 9:45 AM – Same Start/Finish location as adult race.
50th Anniversary 5K
PARKING: Parking and Post Race Festivities at East Beach/Crissy Field
START/FINISH: Yacht Harbor Parking Lot (Little Marina Green)
COURSE DESCRIPTION: Run west along Golden Gate Promenade towards Fort Point. Turn around at orange cones and run on the other side of the Warming Hut along West Bluff and Mason Street. Turn left at the diagonal towards the beach and make the first right, then a left onto Old Mason Street and then another left towards the beach. Finally, turn right and run back along Golden Gate Promenade to finish.
30th Avenue & Kennedy Drive
Double 1.55-mile cross country loop traversing grass, dirt, trails.
Upper dirt track on South side of Polo Field, Golden Gate Park.
Lower paved track on South side.
Complete counter-clockwise loop of upper Polo Field dirt track; exit right/west out of Polo Field onto paved path. Run west on path then turn right onto Chain of Lakes Drive via parking lot and run north to Kennedy Drive. Turn right and run east on dirt path up Kennedy Drive. At east end of Upper Speedway Meadow, exit (right) path and run down/west across the grass meadow back towards the Polo Field. Enter upper dirt track of Polo Field via break in the hedge row, turn right and run counter-clockwise upper dirt loop, before dropping down right onto lower cement track. Turn right and run east to finish.
Traverse Upper/Lower Baker Beach parking lots then run east into short Battery section before completing .6 mile uphill climb. Run left (inside guard rail) along Lincoln Way. Just beyond Langdon Court (Street), take the left fork gravel trail and run the entire “new trail” section with wooden bridge. Do not exit onto asphalt pedestrian/bike lane leading to GG Bridge. Instead, turn around at end of trail and return the same way to finish. Terrain: Asphalt, concrete/sand, gravel trail/wooden bridge/gravel trail.
Run southbound on beach promenade, left onto Rockaway Beach Blvd, right onto Nick Gust Way. Continue over footbridge. Veer right and begin paved bike path. Stay on path crossing through the Taco Bell parking lot to rejoin path. Turn around at Pedro Point Shopping Center and return same way to finish.
There is a $6 fee to park inside the park grounds. We encourage runners to carpool and split the cost of the parking fee. Dogs are not allowed inside the park. Alternate Parking Location: There is street parking along Crocker Avenue just prior to South Hill Blvd. and a trail entrance on Crocker. It is approximately .8 mile from this entrance to the race staging area so please allow sufficient time to reach the start. We will not delay the race start if you are late. To reach this location, turn onto Crocker Avenue from Mission Street and drive approximately 1 mile (note that it is a steep, winding road). If you are driving southbound on Mission Street, you will make a left turn onto Crocker; if driving northbound on Mission, you will make a right turn onto Crocker. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE ALONG GUADALUPE CANYON PARKWAY OR YOU WILL BE TICKETED/TOWED.
5K Course Map & Description
Run south 0.2 mile along asphalt path toward underpass; at turnaround head back to start. Then proceed along the Saddle Loop Trail running in a counterclockwise direction. Make a left onto Old Guadalupe Trail then right onto Bog Trail. At fork, stay left on Upper Bog Trail and continue back to starting area finish.
12K Course Map & Description
The course will follow the 5K course description above but then continue past the starting area 5K finish and follow the asphalt path through the underpass and out the southern side. Run left onto Eucalyptus Loop Trail. At fork, stay left onto Dairy Ravine Trail and continue up Dairy Ravine Trail. At next fork, run left onto Ridge Trail and continue to the top of San Bruno Mountain. At top, take a right onto Radio Road and start heading down. At Summit Loop Trail take a left and follow Summit Loop Trail all the way down to bottom, then onto path back through underpass to starting area finish.
Two races in one. 1M race starts at 9:00 am, followed by the 5K at approximately 9:30 am.

5K Course Description & Map
Start/Finish: Run westbound on Kennedy Drive, left onto Chain of Lakes dirt path, left onto ML King Drive pedestrian path, left onto Transverse Drive, left onto Kennedy Drive to downhill finish.
1M Couse Description and Map
Start: Kennedy Drive near Spreckels Lake; Finish: Kennedy Drive near Transverse
Run eastbound (uphill) along Kennedy Drive from Spreckels Lake to Transverse Drive.
